നാം നശിപ്പിച്ച് കളഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള ഏതൊരു നാട്ടുകാരെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളവും അവര് നമ്മുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് തിരിച്ചുവരാതിരിക്കുക എന്നത് അസംഭവ്യമാകുന്നു.(95)
(95) وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us).(95)
