നിനക്ക് മുമ്പ് പുരുഷന്മാരെ (ആളുകളെ) യല്ലാതെ നാം ദൂതന്മാരായി നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അവര്ക്ക് നാം ബോധനം നല്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള് (ഈ കാര്യം) അറിയാത്തവരാണെങ്കില് വേദക്കാരോട് ചോദിച്ച് നോക്കുക.(7)
(7) وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۖ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
And We sent not before you (O Muhammad SAW) but men to whom We inspired, so ask the people of the Reminder [Scriptures - the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel)] if you do not know.(7)
