ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിന്റെ ദിവസത്തിന് മുമ്പായി നാം നശിപ്പിച്ച് കളയുന്നതോ അല്ലെങ്കില് നാം കഠിനമായി ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നതോ ആയിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഒരു രാജ്യവുമില്ല. അത് ഗ്രന്ഥത്തില് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെട്ട കാര്യമാകുന്നു.(58)
(58) وَإِنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا
And there is not a town (population) but We shall destroy it before the Day of Resurrection, or punish it with a severe torment. That is written in the Book (of our Decrees)(58)
