അല്ലാഹുവോടൊപ്പം മറ്റൊരു ദൈവത്തെയും നീ സ്ഥാപിക്കരുത്. എങ്കില് അപമാനിതനും കയ്യൊഴിക്കപ്പെട്ടവനുമായി നീ ഇരിക്കേണ്ടി വരും.(22)
(22) لَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًا مَخْذُولًا
Set not up with Allah any other ilah (god), (O man)! (This verse is addressed to Prophet Muhammad SAW, but its implication is general to all mankind), or you will sit down reproved, forsaken (in the Hell-fire).(22)
