മുമ്പ് നാം നിനക്ക് വിവരിച്ചുതന്നവ ജൂതന്മാരുടെ മേല് നാം നിഷിദ്ധമാക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. നാം അവരോട് അനീതി ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. പക്ഷെ, അവര് അവരോട് തന്നെ അനീതി ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു.(118)
(118) وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۖ وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ كَانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ
And unto those who are Jews, We have forbidden such things as We have mentioned to you (O Muhammad SAW) before [in Surat-Al-An'am, (The Cattle), see Verse 6:146]. And We wronged them not, but they used to wrong themselves.(118)
