അവന് പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവേ, അവര് ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദിവസം വരെ എനിക്ക് നീ അവധി നീട്ടിത്തരേണമേ.(36)
(36) قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنْظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
[Iblis (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day they (the dead) will be resurrected."(36)
