യാതൊരു വസ്തുവും നമ്മുടെ പക്കല് അതിന്റെ ഖജനാവുകള് ഉള്ളതായിട്ടല്ലാതെയില്ല. (എന്നാല്) ഒരു നിര്ണിതമായ തോതനുസരിച്ചല്ലാതെ നാമത് ഇറക്കുന്നതല്ല.(21)
(21) وَإِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ
And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure.(21)
