നിങ്ങള് നന്ദികാണിച്ചാല് തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് (അനുഗ്രഹം) വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാല്, നിങ്ങള് നന്ദികേട് കാണിക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് തീര്ച്ചയായും എന്റെ ശിക്ഷ കഠിനമായിരിക്കും. എന്ന് നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധേയമത്രെ.)(7)
(7) وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِنْ شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ وَلَئِنْ كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٌ
And (remember) when your Lord proclaimed: "If you give thanks (by accepting Faith and worshipping none but Allah), I will give you more (of My Blessings), but if you are thankless (i.e. disbelievers), verily! My Punishment is indeed severe."(7)
