ഇടിനാദം അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം (അവനെ) പ്രകീര്ത്തിക്കുന്നു. അവനെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള ഭയത്താല് മലക്കുകളും (അവനെ പ്രകീര്ത്തിക്കുന്നു.) അവന് ഇടിവാളുകള് അയക്കുകയും, താന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അവ ഏല്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവര്(അവിശ്വാസികള്) അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് തര്ക്കിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിശക്തമായി തന്ത്രം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നവനത്രെ അവന്.(13)
(13) وَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ وَيُرْسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُمْ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي اللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ الْمِحَالِ
And Ar-Ra'd (thunder) glorifies and praises Him, and so do the angels because of His Awe, He sends the thunderbolts, and therewith He strikes whom He wills, yet they (disbelievers) dispute about Allah. And He is Mighty in strength and Severe in punishment.(13)
