എന്നാല് പശ്ചാത്തപിക്കുകയും, നിലപാട് നന്നാക്കിത്തീര്ക്കുകയും, (സത്യം ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക്) വിവരിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര് ഇതില് നിന്നൊഴിവാകുന്നു. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരുടെ പശ്ചാത്താപം ഞാന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഞാന് അത്യധികം പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനും കരുണാനിധിയുമത്രെ.(160)
(160) إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَأَصْلَحُوا وَبَيَّنُوا فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَأَنَا التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Except those who repent and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed). These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful.(160)
