പറയുക: (രക്തസാക്ഷിത്വം, വിജയം എന്നീ) രണ്ടു നല്ലകാര്യങ്ങളില് ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്നല്ലാതെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് നിങ്ങള് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ? എന്നാല് നിങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് ഞങ്ങള് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അല്ലാഹു തന്റെ പക്കല് നിന്ന് നേരിട്ടോ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൈക്കോ ശിക്ഷ ഏല്പിക്കും എന്നാണ്. അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു കൊള്ളുക. ഞങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവരാണ്.(52)
(52) قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلَّا إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ ۖ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا ۖ فَتَرَبَّصُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ مُتَرَبِّصُونَ
Say: "Do you wait for us (anything) except one of the two best things (martyrdom or victory); while we await for you either that Allah will afflict you with a punishment from Himself or at our hands. So wait, we too are waiting with you."(52)
