ഉസൈര് (എസ്രാ പ്രവാചകന്) ദൈവപുത്രനാണെന്ന് യഹൂദന്മാര് പറഞ്ഞു. മസീഹ് (മിശിഹാ) ദൈവപുത്രനാണെന്ന് ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളും പറഞ്ഞു. അതവരുടെ വായ കൊണ്ടുള്ള വാക്ക് മാത്രമാണ്. മുമ്പ് അവിശ്വസിച്ചവരുടെ വാക്കിനെ അവര് അനുകരിക്കുകയാകുന്നു. അല്ലാഹു അവരെ ശപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്ങനെയാണവര് തെറ്റിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്?(30)
(30) وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ابْنُ اللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ النَّصَارَى الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ اللَّهِ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ ۖ يُضَاهِئُونَ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ ۚ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ
And the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allah's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!(30)
