നാം പര്വ്വതത്തെ അവര്ക്കു മീതെ ഒരു കുടയെന്നോണം ഉയര്ത്തി നിര്ത്തുകയും അതവരുടെ മേല് വീഴുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് അവര് വിചാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത സന്ദര്ഭം ഓര്ക്കുക. (നാം പറഞ്ഞു:) നാം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കിയത് മുറുകെപിടിക്കുകയും, അതിലുള്ളത് നിങ്ങള് ഓര്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവരായേക്കാം.(171)
(171) ۞ وَإِذْ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُ ظُلَّةٌ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْ خُذُوا مَا آتَيْنَاكُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ وَاذْكُرُوا مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
And (remember) when We raised the mountain over them as if it had been a canopy, and they thought that it was going to fall on them. (We said): "Hold firmly to what We have given you [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], and remember that which is therein (act on its commandments), so that you may fear Allah and obey Him."(171)
