ഇവരെ നിങ്ങളുടെ നാട്ടില് നിന്നു പുറത്താക്കുക, ഇവര് പരിശുദ്ധിപാലിക്കുന്ന ആളുകളാകുന്നു. എന്നു പറഞ്ഞത് മാത്രമായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജനതയുടെ മറുപടി.(82)
(82) وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
And the answer of his people was only that they said: "Drive them out of your town, these are indeed men who want to be pure (from sins)!"(82)
