അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, എന്നില് യാതൊരു മൌഢ്യവുമില്ല. പക്ഷെ, ഞാന് ലോകരക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്നുള്ള ദൂതനാണ്.(67)
(67) قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي سَفَاهَةٌ وَلَٰكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
(Hud) said: "O my people! There is no foolishness in me, but (I am) a Messenger from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)!(67)
