അനന്തരം, അവരുടെ ഗതികേട് ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവിനെത്തന്നെയാണ സത്യം, ഞങ്ങള് പങ്കുചേര്ക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നില്ല എന്ന് പറയുന്നതല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നുമായിരിക്കില്ല.(23)
(23) ثُمَّ لَمْ تَكُنْ فِتْنَتُهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا وَاللَّهِ رَبِّنَا مَا كُنَّا مُشْرِكِينَ
There will then be (left) no Fitnah (excuses or statements or arguments) for them but to say: "By Allah, our Lord, we were not those who joined others in worship with Allah."(23)
