അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള്ക്കതില് നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷിക്കുവാനും അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് മനസ്സമാധാനമുണ്ടാകുവാനും, താങ്കള് ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞത് സത്യമാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് ബോധ്യമാകുവാനും, ഞങ്ങള് അതിന് ദൃക്സാക്ഷികളായിത്തീരുവാനുമാണ് ഞങ്ങള് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്.(113)
(113) قَالُوا نُرِيدُ أَنْ نَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا وَتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُنَا وَنَعْلَمَ أَنْ قَدْ صَدَقْتَنَا وَنَكُونَ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
They said: "We wish to eat thereof and to be stronger in Faith, and to know that you have indeed told us the truth and that we ourselves be its witnesses."(113)
