എന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാന് വേണ്ടി നീ എന്റെ നേരെ കൈനീട്ടിയാല് തന്നെയും, നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുവാന് വേണ്ടി ഞാന് നിന്റെ നേരെ കൈനീട്ടുന്നതല്ല. തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് ലോകരക്ഷിതാവായ അല്ലാഹുവെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു.(28)
(28) لَئِنْ بَسَطْتَ إِلَيَّ يَدَكَ لِتَقْتُلَنِي مَا أَنَا بِبَاسِطٍ يَدِيَ إِلَيْكَ لِأَقْتُلَكَ ۖ إِنِّي أَخَافُ اللَّهَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ
"If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns, and all that exists)."(28)
