സത്യവിശ്വാസികളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ സഹായികളായിരിക്കുക. മര്യമിന്റെ മകന് ഈസാ അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കലേക്കുള്ള മാര്ഗത്തില് എന്റെ സഹായികളായി ആരുണ്ട് എന്ന് ഹവാരികളോട് ചോദിച്ചതു പോലെ. ഹവാരികള് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ സഹായികളാകുന്നു. അപ്പോള് ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളില് പെട്ട ഒരു വിഭാഗം വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും മറ്റൊരു വിഭാഗം അവിശ്വസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എന്നിട്ട് വിശ്വസിച്ചവര്ക്ക് അവരുടെ ശത്രുവിനെതിരില് നാം പിന്ബലം നല്കുകയും അങ്ങനെ അവന് മികവുറ്റവരായിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്തു.(14)
(14) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا أَنْصَارَ اللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّينَ مَنْ أَنْصَارِي إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنْصَارُ اللَّهِ ۖ فَآمَنَتْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَكَفَرَتْ طَائِفَةٌ ۖ فَأَيَّدْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا ظَاهِرِينَ
O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the Cause) of Allah as said 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), to Al-Hawariun (the disciples): "Who are my helpers (in the Cause) of Allah?" Al-Hawarieen (the disciples) said: "We are Allah's helpers" (i.e. we will strive in His Cause!). Then a group of the Children of Israel believed and a group disbelieved. So We gave power to those who believed against their enemies, and they became the uppermost.(14)
