ആദമിനെ നിങ്ങള് പ്രണമിക്കുക എന്ന് നാം മലക്കുകളോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക) . അവര് പ്രണമിച്ചു; ഇബ്ലീസ് ഒഴികെ. അവന് വിസമ്മതം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും അഹംഭാവം നടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവന് സത്യനിഷേധികളില് പെട്ടവനായിരിക്കുന്നു.(34)
(34) وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ
And (remember) when We said to the angels: "Prostrate yourselves before Adam.". And they prostrated except Iblis (Satan), he refused and was proud and was one of the disbelievers (disobedient to Allah).(34)
