എന്നാല് തന്റെ ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തികള് അലംകൃതമായി തോന്നിക്കപ്പെടുകയും, അങ്ങനെ അത് നല്ലതായി കാണുകയും ചെയ്തവന്റെ കാര്യമോ? അല്ലാഹു താന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ വഴിപിഴപ്പിക്കുകയും താന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ നേര്വഴിയിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനാല് അവരെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള കൊടുംഖേദം നിമിത്തം നിന്റെ പ്രാണന് പോകാതിരിക്കട്ടെ. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി അറിവുള്ളവനാകുന്നു.(8)
(8) أَفَمَنْ زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ فَرَآهُ حَسَنًا ۖ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ فَلَا تَذْهَبْ نَفْسُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسَرَاتٍ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
Is he, then, to whom the evil of his deeds made fairseeming, so that he considers it as good (equal to one who is rightly guided)? Verily, Allah sends astray whom He wills, and guides whom He wills. So destroy not yourself (O Muhammad SAW) in sorrow for them. Truly, Allah is the AllKnower of what they do!(8)
