നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് കടുത്ത ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിപ്പിക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങളുടെ ആണ്മക്കളെ കൊന്നൊടുക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്ത്രീകളെ ജീവിക്കാന് വിടുകയും ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ഫിര്ഔന്റെ കൂട്ടരില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ നാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തിയ സന്ദര്ഭം (നിങ്ങള് ഓര്ക്കുക.) നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു കടുത്ത പരീക്ഷണമാണ് അതിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.(141)
(141) وَإِذْ أَنْجَيْنَاكُمْ مِنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ ۖ يُقَتِّلُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءَكُمْ ۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُمْ بَلَاءٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ
And (remember) when We rescued you from Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) people, who were afflicting you with the worst torment, killing your sons and letting your women live. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.(141)
