അവരിലെ മുന്ഗാമികള് അവരുടെ പിന്ഗാമികളോട് പറയും: അപ്പോള് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഞങ്ങളെക്കാളുപരി യാതൊരു ശ്രേഷ്ഠതയുമില്ല. ആകയാല് നിങ്ങള് സമ്പാദിച്ചു വെച്ചിരുന്നതിന്റെ ഫലമായി നിങ്ങള് ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക.(39)
(39) وَقَالَتْ أُولَاهُمْ لِأُخْرَاهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
The first of them will say to the last of them: "You were not better than us, so taste the torment for what you used to earn."(39)
