എത്രയോ രാജ്യങ്ങളെ നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാത്രിയിലോ, അവര് ഉച്ചയുറക്കത്തിലായിരിക്കുമ്പോഴോ നമ്മുടെ ശിക്ഷ അവര്ക്ക് വന്നുഭവിച്ചു.(4)
(4) وَكَمْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا فَجَاءَهَا بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا أَوْ هُمْ قَائِلُونَ
And a great number of towns (their population) We destroyed (for their crimes). Our torment came upon them (suddenly) by night or while they were sleeping for their afternoon rest.(4)
