തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് മടിച്ച് പിന്നോക്കം നില്ക്കുന്നവനുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വല്ല വിപത്തും ബാധിച്ചുവെങ്കില്, ഞാന് അവരോടൊപ്പം (യുദ്ധത്തിന്) ഹാജരാകാതിരുന്നത് വഴി അല്ലാഹു എനിക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണ് എന്നായിരിക്കും അവന് പറയുക.(72)
(72) وَإِنَّ مِنْكُمْ لَمَنْ لَيُبَطِّئَنَّ فَإِنْ أَصَابَتْكُمْ مُصِيبَةٌ قَالَ قَدْ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيَّ إِذْ لَمْ أَكُنْ مَعَهُمْ شَهِيدًا
There is certainly among you he who would linger behind (from fighting in Allah's Cause). If a misfortune befalls you, he says, "Indeed Allah has favoured me in that I was not present among them."(72)
