അറിയുക: അല്ലാഹുവിന്‌ മാത്രം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാകുന്നു നിഷ്കളങ്കമായ കീഴ്‌വണക്കം. അവന്നു പുറമെ രക്ഷാധികാരികളെ സ്വീകരിച്ചവര്‍ (പറയുന്നു:) അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കലേക്ക്‌ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ കൂടുതല്‍ അടുപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കിത്തരാന്‍ വേണ്ടിമാത്രമാകുന്നു ഞങ്ങള്‍ അവരെ ആരാധിക്കുന്നത്‌. അവര്‍ ഏതൊരു കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഭിന്നത പുലര്‍ത്തുന്നുവോ അതില്‍ അല്ലാഹു അവര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ വിധികല്‍പിക്കുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. നുണയനും നന്ദികെട്ടവനുമായിട്ടുള്ളവനാരോ അവനെ അല്ലാഹു നേര്‍വഴിയിലാക്കുകയില്ല; തീര്‍ച്ച.(3)
(3) أَلَا لِلَّهِ الدِّينُ الْخَالِصُ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ مَا نَعْبُدُهُمْ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَا إِلَى اللَّهِ زُلْفَىٰ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي مَا هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ كَفَّارٌ
Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever.(3)
