നിന്റെ നടത്തത്തില് നീ മിതത്വം പാലിക്കുക. നിന്റെ ശബ്ദം നീ ഒതുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും ശബ്ദങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് ഏറ്റവും വെറുപ്പുളവാക്കുന്നത് കഴുതയുടെ ശബ്ദമത്രെ.(19)
(19) وَاقْصِدْ فِي مَشْيِكَ وَاغْضُضْ مِنْ صَوْتِكَ ۚ إِنَّ أَنْكَرَ الْأَصْوَاتِ لَصَوْتُ الْحَمِيرِ
"And be moderate (or show no insolence) in your walking, and lower your voice. Verily, the harshest of all voices is the voice (braying) of the ass."(19)
