രണ്ട് ജലാശയങ്ങളെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായി ഒഴുകാന് വിട്ടവനാകുന്നു അവന്. ഒന്ന് സ്വച്ഛമായ ശുദ്ധജലം, മറ്റൊന്ന് അരോചകമായി തോന്നുന്ന ഉപ്പുവെള്ളവും. അവ രണ്ടിനുമിടയില് ഒരു മറയും ശക്തിയായ ഒരു തടസ്സവും അവന് ഏര്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.(53)
(53) ۞ وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ هَٰذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَٰذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَحْجُورًا
And it is He Who has let free the two seas (kinds of water), one palatable and sweet, and the other salt and bitter, and He has set a barrier and a complete partition between them.(53)
