വ്യക്തമായ നിലയില്‍ നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു വായിച്ചുകേള്‍പിക്കപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ അവിശ്വാസികളുടെ മുഖങ്ങളില്‍ അനിഷ്ടം (പ്രകടമാകുന്നത്‌) നിനക്ക്‌ മനസ്സിലാക്കാം. നമ്മുടെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ വായിച്ചുകേള്‍പിക്കുന്നവരെ കയ്യേറ്റം ചെയ്യാന്‍ തന്നെ അവര്‍ മുതിര്‍ന്നേക്കാം. പറയുക: അതിനെക്കാളെല്ലാം ദോഷകരമായ കാര്യം ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അറിയിച്ച്‌ തരട്ടെയോ? നരകാഗ്നിയത്രെ അത്‌. അവിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക്‌ അതാണ്‌ അല്ലാഹു വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത്‌. ചെന്നുചേരാനുള്ള ആ സ്ഥലം എത്ര ചീത്ത!(72)
(72) وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الْمُنْكَرَ ۖ يَكَادُونَ يَسْطُونَ بِالَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا ۗ قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِشَرٍّ مِنْ ذَٰلِكُمُ ۗ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, you will notice a denial on the faces of the disbelievers! They are nearly ready to attack with violence those who recite Our Verses to them. Say: "Shall I tell you of something worse than that? The Fire (of Hell) which Allah has promised to those who disbelieve, and worst indeed is that destination!"(72)
