ഭൂമിയില് നാം സ്വാധീനം നല്കിയാല് നമസ്കാരം മുറപോലെ നിര്വഹിക്കുകയും, സകാത്ത് നല്കുകയും, സദാചാരം സ്വീകരിക്കാന് കല്പിക്കുകയും, ദുരാചാരത്തില് നിന്ന് വിലക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരത്രെ അവര് (ആ മര്ദ്ദിതര്). കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ പര്യവസാനം അല്ലാഹുവിന്നുള്ളതാകുന്നു.(41)
(41) الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ
Those (Muslim rulers) who, if We give them power in the land, (they) order for Iqamat-as-Salat. [i.e. to perform the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) (the males in mosques)], to pay the Zakat and they enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism and all that Islam has forbidden) [i.e. they make the Quran as the law of their country in all the spheres of life]. And with Allah rests the end of (all) matters (of creatures).(41)
