ആ രാജ്യങ്ങള് അക്രമത്തില് ഏര്പെട്ടപ്പോള് അവരെ നാം നശിപ്പിച്ച് കളഞ്ഞു. അവരുടെ നാശത്തിന് നാം ഒരു നിശ്ചിത അവധി വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.(59)
(59) وَتِلْكَ الْقُرَىٰ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُوا وَجَعَلْنَا لِمَهْلِكِهِمْ مَوْعِدًا
And these towns (population, 'Ad, Thamud, etc.) We destroyed when they did wrong. And We appointed a fixed time for their destruction.(59)
