അല്ലാഹു അരുളിയിരിക്കുന്നു: രണ്ട് ദൈവങ്ങളെ നിങ്ങള് സ്വീകരിക്കരുത്. അവന് ഒരേ ഒരു ദൈവം മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ. അതിനാല് (ഏകദൈവമായ) എന്നെ മാത്രം നിങ്ങള് ഭയപ്പെടുവിന്.(51)
(51) ۞ وَقَالَ اللَّهُ لَا تَتَّخِذُوا إِلَٰهَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ ۖ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۖ فَإِيَّايَ فَارْهَبُونِ
And Allah said (O mankind!): "Take not ilahain (two gods in worship, etc.). Verily, He (Allah) is (the) only One Ilah (God). Then, fear Me (Allah) much [and Me (Alone), i.e. be away from all kinds of sins and evil deeds that Allah has forbidden and do all that Allah has ordained and worship none but Allah].(51)
