അങ്ങനെ നമ്മുടെ കല്പന വന്നപ്പോള് ആ രാജ്യത്തെ നാം കീഴ്മേല് മറിക്കുകയും, അട്ടിയട്ടിയായി ചൂളവെച്ച ഇഷ്ടികക്കല്ലുകള് നാം അവരുടെ മേല് വര്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.(82)
(82) فَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا جَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا حِجَارَةً مِنْ سِجِّيلٍ مَنْضُودٍ
So when Our Commandment came, We turned (the towns of Sodom in Palestine) upside down, and rained on them stones of baked clay, piled up;(82)
