മൂസായ്ക്കും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സഹോദരന്നും നാം ഇപ്രകാരം സന്ദേശം നല്കി: നിങ്ങള് രണ്ടുപേരും നിങ്ങളുടെ ആളുകള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഈജിപ്തില് (പ്രത്യേകം) വീടുകള് സൌകര്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയും, നിങ്ങളുടെ വീടുകള് ഖിബ്ലയാക്കുകയും, നിങ്ങള് നമസ്കാരം മുറപോലെ നിര്വഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്ക്ക് നീ സന്തോഷവാര്ത്ത അറിയിക്കുക.(87)
(87) وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَأَخِيهِ أَنْ تَبَوَّآ لِقَوْمِكُمَا بِمِصْرَ بُيُوتًا وَاجْعَلُوا بُيُوتَكُمْ قِبْلَةً وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
And We inspired Musa (Moses) and his brother (saying): "Take dwellings for your people in Egypt, and make your dwellings as places for your worship, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give glad tidings to the believers."(87)
