നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് മലക്കുകള്ക്ക് ബോധനം നല്കിയിരുന്ന സന്ദര്ഭം (ഓര്ക്കുക.) ഞാന് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെയുണ്ട്. അതിനാല് സത്യവിശ്വാസികളെ നിങ്ങള് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു നിര്ത്തുക. സത്യനിഷേധികളുടെ മനസ്സുകളില് ഞാന് ഭയം ഇട്ടുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. അതിനാല് കഴുത്തുകള്ക്ക് മീതെ നിങ്ങള് വെട്ടിക്കൊള്ളുക. അവരുടെ വിരലുകളെല്ലാം നിങ്ങള് വെട്ടിക്കളയുകയും ചെയ്യുക.(12)
(12) إِذْ يُوحِي رَبُّكَ إِلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ أَنِّي مَعَكُمْ فَثَبِّتُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۚ سَأُلْقِي فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الرُّعْبَ فَاضْرِبُوا فَوْقَ الْأَعْنَاقِ وَاضْرِبُوا مِنْهُمْ كُلَّ بَنَانٍ
(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, "Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes."(12)
