പിന്നെ നാം വിഷമത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് സൌഖ്യം മാറ്റിവച്ചുകൊടുത്തു. അങ്ങനെ അവര് അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്പെട്ടു വളര്ന്നു. ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാര്ക്കും ദുരിതവും സന്തോഷവുമൊക്കെ വന്നുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ എന്നാണ് അപ്പോള് അവര് പറഞ്ഞത്. അപ്പോള് അവരറിയാതെ പെട്ടെന്ന് നാം അവരെ പിടികൂടി.(95)
(95) ثُمَّ بَدَّلْنَا مَكَانَ السَّيِّئَةِ الْحَسَنَةَ حَتَّىٰ عَفَوْا وَقَالُوا قَدْ مَسَّ آبَاءَنَا الضَّرَّاءُ وَالسَّرَّاءُ فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Then We changed the evil for the good, until they increased in number and in wealth, and said: "Our fathers were touched with evil (loss of health and calamities) and with good (prosperity, etc.)." So We seized them of a sudden while they were unaware.(95)
